Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before being prepared for shipping by calling at +974 55470492
Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Today’s Fashion will exchange or refund any product within 7 days provided the following condition are met:
- Delivery charges cannot be refunded
- Online Purchase refund will take 7 days to process the refund or as per the bank process.
- Original Receipt is needed for Refund & Exchange.
- Exchange within 7 days only with original receipt and tag on the product.
- Personalised, custom-made or cut product cannot be exchanged.
- Damaged items cannot be exchanged.
- No exchange on jewellery, cosmetic, toys, lingerie, fabric and lace.
- Services cannot be refunded.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
- Any Condition stated on our policy will be considered void in case of violating the provision of article No (5) of law No (8) of 2008 on Consumers protection in the state of Qatar.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
